Position yourself as a consultant to the bank, understand the banks’ internal systems and requirements, and develop solutions in close collaboration with the client around the onboarding process.

Represent Raisin as the key contact during the last miles sales/the onboarding journey in front of the client, while coordinating closely with the respective Business Development Director and the system setup.

Challenge existing processes where appropriate and effectively manage resource allocation. Identify, mobilize, and deliver the right solutions, resources, people, and ideas from the entire organization.

Develop, prepare, and continuously improve onboarding, sales, and workshop materials and documentation as needed, and document and scale those across the organization.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Business Development, Project, and/or Program Management.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Jira and Confluence are a plus.
  • Full professional fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written skills; German or French is a big plus; other European languages are advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in consulting, FinTech, banking, or finance-related companies, or B2B software companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, legal studies, computer science, engineering, or relevant disciplines.
