We are looking for an IT Security Specialist (m/f/d) to help us improve our product continuously.

What does your daily work look like?

• You identify risks and countermeasures using various tools (Monitoring, SIEM, AV, etc.)
• You develop concepts for cybersecurity improvements
• You work closely with IT teams to implement requirements, measures, and projects
• You support audits across all departments and teams
• You monitor and respond to security incidents
• You develop and conduct simulations and training
• You contribute to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance

What qualifications do we expect from you?

• You have relevant professional experience and knowledge of current attack methods and countermeasures
• You are familiar with standards like ISO 27001, BSI 200-*, NIST
• Ideally, you have specialization in technical or organizational measures (e.g., awareness measures, security monitoring, incident response)
• You possess a high willingness to learn and a strong sense of quality
• Bonus points for knowledge and experience in data protection, scripting, and programming at shell level
• You have good communication skills in German and English
