About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth through our key IT reseller partnerships in the DACH market. This position balances hands-on account management with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of account managers while personally handling strategic reseller relationships.

Based in Munich, you will build a new, exciting team to penetrate the DACH Market to build on the companies, already successful model and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and gross profit through large IT reseller partners
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of internal account managers
  • Set and monitor individual and team KPIs and sales targets
  • Personally manage a portfolio of strategic reseller accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with external BDM’s to ensure coordinated partner approaches
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring
  • Create and present business reviews to senior leadership and partners
  • Build and collaborate with the vendor ecosystem for mutual growth
  • Own the sales process and reseller engagement

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B channel sales within the IT sector
  • 1+ years in team leadership or management
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of the DACH IT reseller and SI landscape
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, MD Dynamics preferred.
