Job description

Tasks

  • Operation of the Occurrence Reporting System (QSTAR) in accordance with EASA specifications and management of optimisation working groups
  • Development and implementation of quality improvement measures in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Carrying out root cause analyses using quality management methods such as 5-Why
  • Technical investigations for quality optimisation including reporting and coordination of measures
  • Definition and further development of quality indicators and optimisation of the reporting system
  • Coordination of official and customer requirements with production, engineering and administrative areas

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or economics or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Good knowledge of business management principles and interrelationships
  • Very good knowledge of internal processes, interrelationships and operational regulations
  • Expertise in quality management is an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
