Are you an early talent looking to start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization? Transdev Group is seeking a V.I.E Project Manager based in Strausberg, Germany.

Since 1998, Transdev in Germany has been the leading private rail passenger operator, revitalizing regions with services tailored to passenger needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, covering 55 million train km for 118 million passengers annually, with a fleet of 472 trainsets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies and plans.
• Manage public tenders in the bus sector.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members.
• Support projects related to electric mobility.
• Provide expertise and technical support for mobility strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Review and optimize internal processes.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Project Management from University, Engineering, or Business School.
• Initial experience in bus operations or technical projects is advantageous.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Agile and cost-conscious thinking and acting.

Language Requirements

• Full proficiency in German (B2/C1).
• Full proficiency in English (B2/C1).

Additional Information

• Start date: 01/08/2025.
• Duration: 24 months.
• Location: Strausberg, Germany. The primary location is Strausberg, with flexible working arrangements and deployment at other regional locations possible.
• Reporting to: Regional Director.
