• The service is provided within the FENIX project. The goal of the project is the introduction of a global process standard for adapting and optimizing efficient end-to-end (E2E) processes. With the Fénix project, client is implementing the latest version of the SAP ERP system (S / 4HANA). All financial key figures for accounting, as well as internal and external reporting, are to be generated directly from the new SAP system, as close to the standard as possible, taking into account local requirements such as the German Commercial Code (HGB) and reporting obligations.

Service Description :

• Independent #creation of detailed #technical program designs, #detailed specifications, #functional description for the #order-to-cash area : Relevant elements must be developed and specified (reporting requirements, master data for items / products / customers)
• Development of detailed technical concepts for #processes or sub-processes in an E2E process view, taking into account the entire #order-to-cash value chain for existing system applications and / or new software solutions / tools / system applications
• Detailed #development of relevant technical functionalities from previous systems, which can lead to an adaptation in the target system (interface specification)
• Advice on the #creation of the detailed technical specification and the compliance of the detailed technical specification with the functional and #technical requirements, documented by the delivery to
• Technology and by the release of the #documentation
• Specification of technical #SAP or #S4 Hana data fields regarding the accounting requirements, so that relevant business transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounts in the SAP / S4 Hana ERP system according to #IAS International Accounting Standards / #IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and #HGB (German Commercial Code) and are accounted for in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards.
• Monitoring of the technical compatibility of the detailed technical specification through approval
• Independent creation of framework conditions for #testing, including #test concept, relevant test cases for test actions to be performed to validate the delivery results
• Comparison of test results with #technical requirements, if necessary, #defect creation and #tracking, as well as execution and #documentation of #acceptance tests (system-side)
• Execution and #documentation of functional test cases and consideration of impacts on necessary adjustments and transmission of the final technical acceptance tests).
