Für die Position des Schadensachbearbeiters (w/m/d) im Bereich Sachversicherung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an den Standorten Heilbronn, Frankfurt a.M., München oder Hamburg.

Was Sie erwartet:

• Eigenständige und proaktive Bearbeitung von Komplex-Schäden innerhalb der zugewiesenen Vollmachten, auch mit internationalem Bezug.
• Bestimmung der Deckung, Steuerung der Ermittlungen sowie Analyse des Schadenumfanges.
• Eigenständige und proaktive Ermittlung von Sachverhalten zur Bewertung des Schadenfalls durch aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Maklern/ Versicherungsnehmern und Sachverständigen/Rechtsanwälten/Behörden sowie internen und externen Ermittlern
• Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen Bewertung und Bildung von risikogerechten Rückstellungen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Best Practices.
• Sicherstellung eines durchgehend hohen Standards beim Kundenservice.
• Einhalten der Best Practices und spartenspezifischen Vorgaben für die Schadenbearbeitung unter Einbindung von Kennzahlen in der Tagesarbeit.
• Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern.
• Frühzeitige Information an die Teamleitung bei Schäden über einer bestimmten Schadenhöhe hinsichtlich eingegangener Meldung/Reserveänderungen/Zahlungen.
• Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse.

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen, Versicherungsfachwirt oder ähnliche Ausbildung.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zu fachlichen Inhalten der Schadensregulierung in der Sparte Sachschaden. Langjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen im Bereich Hausrat, Wohngebäude, SME, Betriebsunterbrechung und Commercial Property, sowie Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Versicherungsbedingungen, der es ermöglicht, den Versicherungsschutz umfassend zu bewerten.
• Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, Arbeitsbelastungen zu steuern und zu priorisieren.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der rechtlichen und regulatorischen sowie verfahrensbezogenen und prozesstechnischen Anforderungen in der Sparte.
• Erfahrung mit der effektiven Nachverfolgung von Ergebnissen von fachlichen Schaden-Audits und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Schadensbearbeitung.
