Summary
For the program area "Ground Based Systems Survivability" we are looking for a "Project Manager Selfprotection Ground (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The "Ground Based Systems Survivability" department is responsible for handling national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects for self-protection systems for land vehicles.
The interdisciplinary project teams are made up of team members from the Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Production and Sales departments, among others.

Your Tasks

• Handling of customer projects for the multifunctional self-protection system (MUSS) with a focus on expanding sensor capabilities
• Possibility of project management for the development of a new sensor product and further development
• Integrated project management and reporting
• Ensuring the achievement of project objectives, particularly in terms of cost, time and performance/quality
• Initiation, control and coordination of all measures necessary to achieve the objectives in the organizational units involved
• Support in the acquisition and preparation of offers based on customer enquiries

Willingness to travel on business is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, engineering or comparable as well as a master's degree in business administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Experience in conducting negotiations
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Project
• Knowledge of military products and electronic warfare in particular advantageous
• Very good communication skills
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Business fluent in German and English
