Position Summary

Are you a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition expert looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while further developing your skills?

We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to play a key role in advancing our hiring strategy and attracting top talent. In this role, you will shape our Talent Acquisition function alongside your team colleague, acting as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic partner. You will manage open roles, own our Employer Branding strategy, and contribute to our growth.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers at all levels, manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience, plan and execute selection procedures, and organize career events.

Role And Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Engage regularly with external agencies and our Shared Service Center in Romania.
  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle from kickoff to sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, negotiating, and contract management.
  3. Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to attract top candidates, including campus recruitment in the Semiconductor industry.
  4. Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams, coaching them on recruitment best practices and staying updated on market trends.
  5. Promote our Employer Brand through various channels such as social media, review websites, career events, and job fairs to position our company as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
  6. Contribute to and own cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing our ATS, developing partnerships, and improving recruitment processes.

Skills And Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 4 years of experience managing operational and strategic TA projects in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
  4. Ability to start immediately and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  5. Strong team player who values collaboration and feedback.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  7. Passionate about recruitment best practices and continuous development of the TA function.
  8. Experience in a large international company with complex processes and dealing with ambiguity.
  9. Positive attitude and mindset.
