Team Overview

We are a team of eleven data engineers, business intelligence consultants, and data scientists working together on data-related challenges within the data product team. As trusted partners to our customers, we design tailored end-to-end solutions, from building robust data infrastructures to delivering insightful analyses and compelling visualizations. What awaits you :

• Design and implement robust data architectures and engineering solutions in close collaboration with data engineers, business intelligence consultants, data science, and analytics experts.
• Take on technical leadership in (client) projects from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration of diverse data sources and the development of scalable data processing systems.
• Support the development of existing and new internal data products and open-source solutions.
• Recommend strategic actions to clients or their internal teams, always maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Research and identify new topics for our team, developing them into subject areas that extend our service portfolio in the long run.
• Mentor team members, help shape team structure and artifacts, and drive the further development of our tool stack to be future-proof.

What you can expect :

What you bring along :

• Deep knowledge of Python, Django, SQL, database management systems, and at least one cloud platform. Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Good understanding of communication protocols between computer systems (TCP/IP, HTTP(S), etc.), and familiarity with Linux and Git.
• Experience in designing infrastructure architectures aligned with business needs.
• Enjoy programming and working independently in an agile environment, with a preference for lean software and maintainable code.
• Proactive ownership of responsibilities, including client consultation, technical problem-solving, enhancing service offerings, and fostering shared leadership through collaboration and mentorship.
• Based in Germany or Poland, fluent in English, which is used within the team and organization-wide.
