Chrestos is a CRO which offers services for pharmaceutical companies and supports scientific studies. Our team consists of statisticians,

programmers, data scientists and managers, medical writers and others who believe in making the world a healthier, sustainable, and better place.

To enhance our team we are looking for motivated employees for

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (M/F/D)

Your Tasks:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in research and development services for pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Proactive research and identification of relevant tenders in various platforms. Independent processing of tenders, including the analysis of tender
  • documents and the preparation of proposals
  • Work together with all areas of the company to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare business proposals and contracts
  • Present the company to potential Clients/Sponsors
  • Research and analyze the market
  • Track business development activities and present results to management

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Natural or Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development of R&D services for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, with a strong track
  • record of achieving targets - preferably in clinical research, biostatistics, data management, and/or market access
  • Familiarity with the industry where we operate, as well as an understanding of current situation and challenges
  • Ability to understand client needs, craft compelling solutions, and effectively drive their adoption
  • Clear and effective Communication and Negotiation skills; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships including networking at events,
  • conferences, etc.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis software would be a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
