Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information about insurance products.
2. Assist with policy cancellations and answer questions about coverage.
3. Manage both inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence.
4. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) (spoken & written)
• EU Passport or valid work permit (no sponsorship)
• B2 level English for effective communication
• Previous experience in insurance customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
