Innoloft is a young software company with an international team of >30 members that offers LoftOS. LoftOS is a no-code development platform enabling everyone to build web applications such as networks, marketplaces, or internal tools - without a single line of code.

What we look for

We are seeking a full-time (40h) Customer Success Manager to join our team. As our Customer Success Manager, you will help craft the company's scalable customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and collaborate internally to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Tasks

  1. Organize onboarding sessions and support for new and existing clients
  2. Assist in creating scalable, automated customer success formats
  3. Gather relevant customer success intelligence
  4. Develop a deep understanding of our technology and suggest solutions and best practices to clients
  5. Build synergies among customers with similar use cases
  6. Set up and run QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to align on customer goals and progress

Requirements

  • Degree in business, communication, marketing, STEM, or similar
  • Highly communicative, open-minded, and proactive working style
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
  • Customer success management experience in the software industry: >1 year, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Work experience at startups or medium-sized companies
  • Basic understanding of scalable customer success formats
