Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction and renovation projects in the high-voltage network, ensuring their successful execution.
• Manage an interdisciplinary project team and coordinate the deployment of internal and external resources, such as planning departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and problems early, oversee the use of external and internal services, and adapt projects to unforeseen changes.
• Coordinate projects with various partners like asset management, network operation, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in overseeing construction execution based on specifications, plans, and orders; support documentation of external services and deliveries, including performance recording and billing.
• Create and update construction timelines and project schedules, prepare necessary documentation for construction coordination and external service monitoring, and participate in project controlling.
• Handle external communication in complex projects with clients and maintain a professional image.

Profile

• Hold a degree as Dipl.-Ing. (TU/FH), Bachelor, or Master in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or have comparable experience as a master craftsman or technician.
• Have several years of experience in network planning, construction, or operation of distribution networks, successfully coordinating complex construction sites.
• Possess excellent project management skills and knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and standards, applying them practically.
• Demonstrate analytical skills in assessing and developing network components.
• Be customer-oriented, organized, assertive, communicative, and a team player.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Enjoy traveling and possess a Class B driving license.
