Make a difference | Your responsibilities

• Your area of responsibility involves data exchange (DTA), with a focus on invoice processing. No prior expertise? We will train you!
• You pay close attention to details and work accurately: creating collective invoices, processing invoice cancellations, and managing incoming payments.
• You independently coordinate and clarify individual cases with internal contacts and health insurance providers.
• You enjoy optimizing processes.
• Finally, you handle the optical archive (cancellation protocols) and take on the notifications.

People for people | Your Carefluencer profile

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or internal sales is advantageous but not required, nor are SAP R/3 (SD/Sales and Distribution and accounting) skills.
• You are a team player, communicative, precise in your work, and proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
