Responsibilities

  1. Identify key events and develop strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other activities.
  3. Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, shipping, equipment, catering, and registration.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams on promotional materials and branded content.
  5. Track budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
  6. Gather and analyze event feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Monitor market trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance visibility and engagement.
  8. Analyze sales data and contribute to business reviews.
  9. Support CRM improvements and handle contracts.
  10. Organize internal sales meetings and support customer communications.
  11. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Maintain up-to-date customer and vessel master data.

Qualifications

  • Background in commercial or marketing fields (e.g., Industriekaufmann/frau, Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or similar).
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or event planning.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, well-organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred, Salesforce a plus).
  • Fluent in German and English; Polish skills are a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team.
