On behalf of our Pharmaceutical company in Baar, Zug we are looking for a Supply Chain Planning System Adoption Lead.
This role will be responsible for driving system engagement, ensuring effective training and documentation, supporting organizational readiness, and development of long-term sustainment strategies. The ideal candidate is well-versed in supply chain planning, change management, and has a proven track record in training and adoption of planning systems.

The Supply Chain Planning System Adoption Lead serves as a key driver of successful system adoption within the Supply Chain team, working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Supply Chain, IT, Demand Planning, and other functional areas. The primary goal of this role is to enable the smooth integration and effective utilization of planning systems through structured change management and robust training initiatives.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities. The Adoption Lead will develop comprehensive training programs, manage change assessments, and implement engagement strategies to ensure readiness and minimize adoption delays. Additionally, they will support ongoing system sustainment by facilitating continuous learning, capability building, and risk management practices.
A vital part of the role is collaborating with teams to create detailed documentation and user guides, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. The Lead will also oversee stakeholder communication, post-go-live support, and performance monitoring to ensure long-term success and system optimization.
