We are hiring for the following position at our Selgros Market in Berlin-Ahrensfelde:

Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) Gastronomie

Full-time

Your responsibilities include:

• Securing and developing profit and sales from our customers
• Advising customers on our range and services
• Negotiation skills
• Securing and developing profit and sales from assigned pickup and delivery customers (gastronomy) in the sales area
• Acquiring new customers and actively selling our range
• Personal support of your gastronomy customers
• Analyzing customer potential and determining customer-specific conditions
• Analyzing customer wishes regarding range and service
• Attending trade fairs and meetings with manufacturers

Qualifications include:

• Commercial training or experience in food and gastronomy sales
• Good network in Oberhavel and Barnim districts, and local knowledge of the northern Berlin suburbs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Self-reliance, meticulousness, and team orientation
• Flexibility, resilience, and commitment
• PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license (PKW)
