What you'll be doing:

• Exchange ideas and solutions with clients
• Consulting and distribution of solutions and additional services (e.g., M&E, consulting services, etc.)
• Customer analysis and increasing profitability, including billing responsibilities
• Regular customer reviews and recommendations for T&E program optimization
• Continuous collaboration with the Traveler Care team and other departments such as finance, M&E, Marketing, HR, Implementation, etc.
• Support with surveys and Net Promoter Score initiatives

What we need from you:

• Fluent in spoken and written German and English; other languages are an asset but not crucial
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills, high social competence
• Independent, goal- and team-oriented thinking, good analytical and conceptual skills
• Willingness to work with numbers and interpret data
• Excellent knowledge of modern communication tools (e.g., videoconferencing, presentations)
• Process-oriented mindset considering internal coherences
