Job Responsibilities

1. Counting good parts, rejected parts, and parts that require reworking
2. Identifying and reporting any machine downtime
3. Inserting material into/removing them from the systems
4. Ensuring the use of the 5S methodology at the workstation
5. Working through cleaning and inspection plans
6. Performing the machining steps set out in the work plan
7. Confirming the good parts, rejected parts, and parts that require reworking, the machining time and downtime, and the reasons for any deviations in the defined ERP system
8. Executing the material request and the material consumption posting in the defined ERP system
9. Packing and labeling produced parts as per the defined specifications
10. Carrying out defined quality checks
11. Using individual systems and/or implementing multi-system operation
12. Starting/restarting systems as per the documentation or specifications
13. Fixing temporary machine interruptions that fall within the defined responsibility
14. Escalating technical problems in line with the defined escalation matrix
