To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize our marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
Do you have a keen interest in digital marketing and an ambition to make an international impact? To join our creative international marketing team, we are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist. With a focus on email marketing and LinkedIn Ads, you will support with launching high-impact global marketing campaigns in this capacity. To drive success across regions, you will need to collaborate closely with local sales teams and the marketing team, as well as modify content for new target markets like Eastern Europe and the Nordics.
Your responsibilities
Your days will be dynamic and full of opportunities to generate leads and optimize overall online performance. You will:
- Manage and improve Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns in line with objectives to carry out performance-driven advertising campaigns.
- Work together with regional sales teams to develop communication plans and tailored sales collateral while maintaining alignment with the overall marketing plan.
- Offer operational support for planning and carrying out conferences, trade exhibits, and international events, assisting them succeed through efficient marketing and communication.
- While staying in line with the overall European marketing strategy, modify marketing content to meet the specific requirements of new target areas (such as Eastern Europe or the Nordics).

Your profile
- A bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, communication, media management, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital marketing (e.g., email marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- A keen interest in international markets and the ability to collaborate with cross-border sales teams to promote marketing success in various geographical areas.
- Practical mindset with the capacity to pick things up rapidly and adapt to a fast-paced, international setting.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required; other languages are preferred, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Nordic region.
