How You'll Make An Impact

• As part of the team, you'll help implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the whole lifecycle of taking an idea into building and going live with a product.
• You want to make a difference - Successful software projects are created in close cooperation with our clients. You develop a deep understanding of the domain and the requirements of the project, so that we can communicate as business partners at eye level and introduce innovative ideas with conviction. We create real value with our customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for software development - Through the efficient and appropriate use of technologies and tools such as C#, React, Angular, Python and Azure you will contribute significantly to customer success. We embrace AI augmented development and are on the forefront of using tools like GitHub Copilot as a means of empowering developers in their skill and creativity.
• Multiply your knowledge - You grow by being in a team of experienced software engineers of architects, with whom you exchange daily. What Is Important To Us

• With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.
• You have several years of professional with technologies such as C#, React, Angular, REST, Azure DevOps or Microsoft SQL Server. Additional in-depth expertise in Frontend Development or AI (Data Engineering, Machine Learning) is highly valued.
• You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as crucial.
• You are learning and success oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
• You are open to occasional travel to client sites in Germany for a few days each month.
• While we offer very flexible working arrangements, we'd like to meet you in our office on occasion to participate in a lively community.
