We’re looking for a Product Manager who’s excited to shape the future of industrial automation, bridging customer needs with engineering excellence to deliver solutions that matter.

Your Role

As Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure we’re building the right solutions for the market.

Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals

Gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer and market insights into actionable requirements

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features from idea to launch

Manage the product lifecycle — from ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration

Monitor product performance and adoption; continuously improve based on user feedback and analytics

Support go-to-market, documentation, and enablement efforts with marketing and sales teams

Act as the voice of the customer and the market within Tomorrow Things

What You Bring

3+ years experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or industrial / IoT tech

Strong understanding of industrial automation, IoT, or manufacturing workflows (or willingness to dive in!)

Proven track record of translating complex technical solutions into customer-centric products

Excellent communication skills — ability to work across disciplines and with customers

A data-driven mindset and passion for solving real-world problems with technology

Bonus : experience working with enterprise OEMs or industrial software platforms
