GEA Group Services GmbH in Düsseldorf handles corporate functions for GEA AG, including corporate finance, legal, and IT, providing central services across all divisions. The location also hosts the Digital HUB and the Center of Excellence (CoE).

Approximately 300 GEA employees belong to the Global IT Organization, working from over fifty locations worldwide. Our IT team is diverse, with a wide range of cultures, knowledge, genders, ages, and characters.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Business Application Consultants for P2P deployment in Düsseldorf, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the P2P workstream within our global transformation project T360
2. Analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions within our SAP-based ERP landscape for various projects and changes
3. Preparing requirement analyses and technical specifications; configuring solutions to meet customer needs
4. Planning and delivering training sessions for key and end users
5. Supporting business applications and processes in logistics by resolving incidents and implementing changes within SLAs
6. Managing escalations and coordinating between stakeholders and team members
7. Sharing knowledge within the team and supporting skill development and quality improvements
8. Assisting with rollout of new versions and updates

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional SAP consulting experience, preferably in machinery and plant engineering
• Extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP production processes (SAP PP, ideally with SAP APO)
• Solid experience in integrating SAP modules (MM, EWM, WM, SD, FICO)
• Desirable: experience with MES
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
