Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative/Marketing Office Specialist at Valley Outdoor LLC located in Bettendorf, IA. The Specialist will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, customer service, accounting, social media posts and engagements, and other office administration tasks.

20-25 hours per week with off-season flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sufficient experience in marketing, social media, administrative/office support duties, and CRM tools
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite & Quickbooks
  • Experience with office equipment and systems

Ability to work independently and is a highly motivated, self-starter
