Introduction

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people across 57 locations worldwide. Evident Europe, based in Hamburg, Germany, has approximately 770 employees in 16 countries. The product portfolio includes microscope systems used in clinical diagnostics, medical and basic research, as well as industrial applications. Additionally, Evident offers videoscopes, products for non-destructive testing, and X-ray fluorescence analysis.

Role Overview

The role aims to provide structured support in relevant HR processes (SAP SuccessFactors, Compensation), contribute to their further development, and report HR data to stakeholders such as the Finance Department and global HR.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage monthly headcount reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
  2. Control EMEA-wide and global headcount and personnel cost planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Calculate and provide financial data for accruals, year-end closing, and global employee charges.
  4. Prepare forecasts, deviation analyses, and develop the planning process in terms of structure, IT, and content.
  5. Manage and steer salary increase and bonus rounds.
  6. Lead and contribute to global projects to evolve salary, incentive schemes, and compensation grading.
  7. Collaborate with IT on the administration and development of SAP SuccessFactors globalisation.
  8. Act as HR administrator of SAP SuccessFactors, managing foundation objects, mass uploads, release assessments, and operational support.
  9. Manage monthly Change Requests cycles, stakeholder alignment, testing, and communication.
  10. Support global special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, finance, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits, HR controlling, and HR-IT topics.
  • Experience in an international work environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Affinity for IT systems and processes.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills across countries.
