Job Description:

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks:

• Discover new possibilities for DELO as a trendscout with a deep understanding of technology and production. Stay updated on current trends in consumer electronics and train colleagues in PM, engineering, and R&D in new technologies.
• Identify new application fields or potential key accounts with promising growth prospects through exhibitions, congresses, and your strong network.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant market actors, especially technical decision-makers in materials and manufacturing, to deepen knowledge and enhance DELO’s market presence.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing to develop new markets and lead global initiatives during crucial launch phases.
• Support new markets and customers with regional sales managers, product managers, and a strong engineering team at headquarters.
• Decide on the handover of new fields or technologies to the sales team after successful launches and explore new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (process, mechanical, electrical, physics, or similar) with top grades. A technical academic background is mandatory.
• Professional experience and a strong network in B2B sales, technical marketing, or business development within the consumer electronics field.
• Strong technical understanding of relevant technologies.
• Willingness to undertake international business trips and excellent English skills.
• Team spirit, initiative, responsibility, clear communication, and good presentation skills.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
