  • Medium-term and short-term production planning.
  • Monitoring of production tasks.
  • Keeping and adjusting plans in electronic form (MS Project or similar).
  • Preparation of drawings, sketches, data sheets, lists, and other documentation for production.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of materials and equipment.
  • Preparation of purchase applications for materials and equipment.
  • Research and selection of materials and equipment.
  • Feedback on materials and production processes.
  • Quality control of production stages according to standards.
  • Design and correction of models, drawings, and documentation.
  • Participation in production operations.
  • Communication with the project manager on technical issues.
  • Preparation of reports and analysis.
  • Timely reporting and problem-solving during production.
  • Suggest process optimizations without quality loss.
  • Design details for assembly, construction, and equipment installation.
  • Design of accessories for production processes.

Education

  • Engineer (naval architect)

Languages

Ukrainian (Russian) – advantage

Skills:

  • Rhino
  • AutoCAD
  • SolidWorks (advantage)

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the field
  • Knowledge of production processes theory and practice
  • Understanding of units and operation principles
  • Physics of processes
  • Desire to learn and improve
  • Maritime knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork ability
  • English language proficiency
  • Proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD

Nice to have:

  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends
  • Knowledge of other CAD software
  • Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
