Area of Responsibilities:

• Ensuring correct payroll for employees in the EMEA region for various countries in cooperation with external payroll providers.
• Collecting and reviewing all payroll-related input and required documentation.
• Coordinating between HR, the payroll provider, and accounting and checking the results for accuracy.
• Checking and verifying travel expenses for selected countries.
• Responding to queries from HR business partners, employees, and line managers in relation to payroll, social security, and income tax.
• Coordinating insurance issues, including pension, accident, and health insurance for the respective countries.
• Preparation of reports for specific target groups on request.
• Supporting small projects such as SEPA integration, process documentation, and system improvements.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in finance, accounting, human resources, or payroll accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative HR tasks.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling figures and sensitive employee data.
• Accuracy, conscientiousness, and logical thinking skills.
• Confident with Excel.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
