How you will create an impact:- Manage multiple projects, engaging directly with clients to develop growth strategies
- Address complex issues independently, crafting solutions with your team
- Develop IT strategies, design system architectures, and optimize clients’ technology landscapes
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, including vendor selection processes
- Build expertise in Growth Technology areas like Pricing, Sales, and Marketing (CRM, CPQ)
- Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback for professional growth
- Identify business development opportunities and propose new project ideas
- Contribute to activities beyond project work, such as speaking engagements and content creation
About you:- Excellent academic background in business, IT, engineering, or science
- Minimum 3 years’ consulting or industry experience, especially in pricing, marketing, or sales software
- Strong understanding of vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and software like PO&M, CPQ, CRM, ERP, CLM
- Keen on learning about new software products and industry trends
- Experience in developing technical and business specifications
- Knowledge of organizational IT landscapes and architectures
- Proven success in managing small teams with effective leadership styles
- Skilled in managing strategic projects and stakeholder engagement
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a conscientious attitude
