Officer Order Management (m/f/d) - Hybrid Option GER

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our Customer Service Order Management & Pricing team, which is part of the Global Supply Chain Team, we provide an essential service to our highly demanding customers. You´re operating with an international market and global customers on a daily basis. Join our team as soon as possible and ensure together with us high-quality Order Management!

  • Your role involves ensuring the execution and processing of orders across various regions, as well as coordinating efforts for orders originating from US and EU sites.
  • You are responsible for maintaining clear communication regarding order status with both our Customer Service and Sales teams.
  • Additionally, you act as a liaison between business units, the sales team, the production team and the logistics team to streamline operations.
  • One of your key responsibilities includes supporting the setup and maintenance of global processes for executing cross-regional orders.
  • You use KPIs to assess the consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of our processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Furthermore, you foster transparency within the business community by providing up-to-date order status reports.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain management, finance or comparable qualification
  • initial experience in logistic processes, customer service and / or business supply chain in both domestic and international markets
  • knowledge of Export documentation, Incoterm requirements and Letter of Credits
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and ideally one other foreign language *German is recommended
  • ability to analyze data for process improvements and independently solving problems
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to details

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
  • Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
  • Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
