The team you'll be part of is called Altiplano-SDAN, which is part of Customer Engineering team in the Fixed Networks Europe Regional Business Center (RBC). The team covers the technical execution of customer projects across Europe and has a strong focus on our Altiplano & Lightspan solution.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
What you will learn and contribute to
- Execute customer engineering projects focusing on the deployment of Altiplano & Lightspan solutions across Europe.
- Prepare and conduct Customer Demos, Proof of Concepts, Lab Trials, and Field Trials for new technologies in the SDAN/Altiplano domain.
- Plan and define test cases, set up test environments, and execute tests, ensuring thorough reporting and resolution of quality issues.
- Interface with customer technical staff to address fixed network (FN) core technical aspects and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with FN RBC Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Program Managers to align project goals.
- Adapt to emerging technologies and evolving customer needs, driving innovation in networking solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional team initiatives across Europe, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance project outcomes.
Take initiative to tackle new challenges and improve processes within the team and company.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Knowledge and proven experience in networking – QoS, VLANs, MPLS and ERPS are known
- Proficiency in creating and deploying device configurations, identifying issues and resolving them
- A customer centric, problem-solving mindset to deliver tailored solutions to our customers
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in ICT with a great interest in Cloud, Telecommunications and IT technologies or comparable working experience
It would be nice if you also had:
- experience with broadband products and solutions (OLTs, ONTs)
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams across Europe
- Quickly adapt and learn new technologies and adjust to customer needs
- you like to volunteer to take up new challenges.
