Position: Full-time (40 hours/week), based in Buxtehude with a hybrid model possible.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing international customer relationships in a high-tech B2B environment, including participation in global exhibitions and conferences.
• Developing business plans, forecasts, and cost calculations for your markets, acting as the voice of your customers within the company.
• Conducting market analysis, price negotiations, and implementing strategy and marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Ensuring payment obligations are met and assisting in the creation and analysis of statistical data.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, or related fields with a focus on BWL.
• Several years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills in German and English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel (10-20%) and enjoy working with diverse cultures.
