Commercial Service Management Internship / Working student (m/f/d)

Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the company. The Cloud and Data Center Services (CDC) department provides IT infrastructure services, such as compute, operating systems, storage, middleware, and databases, in the cloud and our own data centers. You will be joining and supporting our commercial service management team, which handles the financial activities for the CDC services. The team is located in Munich, Barcelona, and Bucharest, and we are looking for someone in Munich. The work environment is international, with communication mostly in English.

What you do

• Develop and maintain various financial reports using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and SAP Business Warehouse
• Set up, maintain, and manage time entry packages for CDC employees
• Purchase products and services from external suppliers
• Support the team in activities like yearly financial planning, cost management, profit and loss forecasting, and analysis
• Work in an agile environment as an active member of an internationally distributed team
• Be part of a small, self-organized team of interns and working students

What you bring

• Master’s/Bachelor’s student with sufficient financial understanding to perform the duties
• Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Prior exposure to Power Query, Power BI, and SAP BW is a plus
• High motivation, quick perception, and adaptability to new situations
• Curiosity to learn new things and find creative solutions
• Analytical thinking with a talent for problem-solving and an independent, proactive, precise, and reliable work style
• Enjoyment in communication and teamwork in a hybrid work environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months full-time (38h/week) or, in a working student position, part-time (16-20h/week)

Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
