Your Mission :

You’ll be part of a purpose-driven engineering team building a powerful cloud platform that helps companies manage sustainability and compliance with ease. From your first line of code to the live deployment in the cloud, your work ensures global enterprises can meet environmental and social responsibilities without the technical headaches.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and develop robust backend systems using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot
• Power scalable enterprise-grade applications with clean, testable code
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate with internal systems and external partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product teams to create seamless end-to-end solutions
• Optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in distributed environments
• Coach junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team

What You Bring :

• Strong backend expertise in Java / JavaEE and Spring Framework
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra or ScyllaDB
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and ideally GraphQL
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles
• Exposure to distributed systems and search engines (e.g., OpenSearch or Elasticsearch)
• Proficiency in Git, agile collaboration, and a passion for high-quality code
• Bonus : Experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
