Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to telecommunication and communication technologies, including radio, antennas, and secure communications.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and any necessary follow-up actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams, engineers, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Skills/Must have:

• Technical Support Experience: Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line technical customer support.
• Telecommunications Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunications and communication technologies, including radio, antennas, and secure communications.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance (must be a German or EU citizen).
