Responsibilities

• SAP-Beratung: Optimizing service processes with SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, and FSM.
• Requirement Engineering: Creating Fachkonzepte for Service-to-Cash processes.
• Workshops: Bringing process knowledge into customer workshops.
• Project Implementation: Developing holistic service processes across SAP product boundaries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, or comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience with SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, and Field Service Management.
• Experience in designing and configuring Service-to-Cash processes with S/4HANA Service and SAP CS.
• Strong integration skills across SAP service solutions.
• Fluent communication in German and English, both internal and external.
