Job Description

As a Junior Business Expert, you will analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements for the SAP S/4HANA system, lead process modifications to meet harmonization and standardization targets, and support data cleansing and process modeling efforts. You will generate process maps, define and execute cut-over strategies focusing on data migration and roles setup, and conduct functional end-to-end tests in SAP S/4HANA. Additionally, you will contribute to regional projects, assist in training material development, and deliver end-user training as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in driving business processes within Green/Brownfield transformation programs
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes for plan to produce & quality management
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules
• Background in business requirements analysis and process modeling
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects with multiple stakeholders
• Results-oriented with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; German or other languages are a plus
