Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with the highest sustainability standards that is fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely, and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The Customer Relations Representative in the B2B function is responsible for providing a top-tier customer service experience to our stores, partners, and local market teams. This includes ensuring positive interactions across all communication channels such as phone, email, and other platforms.

This role emphasizes resolving customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining high service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The representative will also contribute to process improvements, provide feedback, and support initiatives aligned with business goals.

In this role, the Customer Relations Representative acts as a bridge between stakeholders within the organization and customers, adopting a customer-first approach to inquiries from start to finish.

  • Serve as the first point of contact, handling communication via email and calls, delivering proactive customer service and feedback within promised response times.

  • Handle and resolve inquiries professionally, following established policies in multiple languages.

  • Support communication with our Distribution Centre functions to ensure prompt and accurate information sharing with relevant teams.

  • Work independently with a strong team ethic and a can-do attitude.

  • Understand the processes and needs of our markets and adapt to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What we DREAM of:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, virtual or in-person, is an advantage.

  • High motivation and engagement.

  • Native-level French language skills with fluent English verbal and written communication.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resilience under stress and excellent teamwork skills.

  • Reliability and a strong Can-Do attitude.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office 365.

  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or SFSC, and familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
