Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM.

This strategic role combines relationship building, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate/IB management within the Forex, CFD, or Crypto space, along with a good understanding of SaaS distribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the IB & Partnership Channel: Lead strategy, performance, and revenue growth of the global IB and affiliate network.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and agents. Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs, monitor partner activity, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to exceed targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to align partnership operations, including agreements and payments.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage regional marketing campaigns, landing pages, banners, and partner bonuses.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding materials, training, and product knowledge assets.
  • Process & Compliance Oversight: Maintain partner records, manage dashboards, oversee performance tracking, and ensure compliance.
  • Process Management: Create scalable workflows for partnership operations.
  • Build relationships with integrators and technology partners to expand SaaS financial product distribution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and revenue models.
  • Experience with SaaS-based financial solutions is a plus.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems.
  • Understanding regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
  • Ability to develop scalable growth models and execute channel strategies independently.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks for partner contracts and promotions.
