For the Sales Department of EWE WASSER GmbH, we are looking for you at the Cuxhaven or Oldenburg location as a communicative and assertive sales personality to expand new customer sales to municipal clients. With experience and foresight, you enjoy shaping our services significantly. You understand how to act self-motivated and approach municipal customers with your innovative ideas. Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate appropriately to your audience, motivate, and convince people. You work persistently on your topics and diligently pursue your goals. With vigor and assertiveness, you help us expand our business field.

  1. Independently establish and expand our sales to municipal clients in the Northwest Germany region.
  2. Analyze the market, competition, and regulations independently and derive promising action options for EWE WASSER.
  3. Develop existing services further and establish new business models.
  4. Act as a liaison to all involved specialist departments and actively involve external parties in solution development.
  5. Prepare and calculate offers independently in coordination with the specialist departments.
  6. Participate actively in on-site appointments and trade fairs, presenting our solutions professionally and enthusiastically.
  7. Collaborate with sales management to implement and maintain targeted reporting for sales leadership.

You have completed your studies as an (industrial) engineer, finished your training as a technician/master, or have a comparable commercial background with a strong technical interest.

You possess a pronounced sales orientation and enjoy engaging with people, representing the company externally.

You are confident in using standard MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint.

Experience in wastewater disposal and knowledge of municipal decision-making structures are desirable.

Knowledge of procurement law is also desirable or willingness to familiarize yourself with it.

Regional engagement through involvement in clubs, parties, or organizations completes your profile.
