The program covers research presentation, engagement with scientists, hands-on insights, and a fully funded experience including travel and accommodation.

Requirements

• Be in the second half of your PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry
• Have a genuine interest in transitioning from academic research to the pharmaceutical industry
• Be available to attend the full program from November 26 to 29, 2025
• Be able to obtain a valid travel visa for Germany
