What To Expect Join our EMEA Recruitment team, where you’ll play a key role in growing our Sales, Service & Delivery organization—the backbone of our customer experience.
In this role, you’ll primarily recruit for core SSD positions across Germany and the Central region of EMEA, including roles such as: Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers. You’ll be a part of our Central Region recruitment team, which consists of four talented recruiters who support hiring in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
This role is based onsite at our Berlin offices.

What You'll Do
Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
Set and manage expectations on the recruiting timeline with hiring manager, proactively addressing potential issues and bringing solutions
Use data to assess and measure candidate funnel, recruiting performance, and talent market
Prepare and present weekly reports to Management/Stakeholders
Actively monitor and optimize recruiting funnel using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in the Tesla environment
Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways for us to do even better
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and skills
What You'll Bring
Experience in an internal recruitment role, and preferably with some previous recruitment agency experience
Preferably track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent, preferably in a fast-paced and/or high-volume environment
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans
A genuine passion for recruiting as a craft and the desire to continuously learn and grow in your role
Digitally savvy - ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
Performs well in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and German
