What you'll do

  • Transform extensive sales data into actionable insights, implementing impactful sales steering in partnership with Knauf management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline and optimize sales steering and analytics tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools in Salesforce and Tableau to elevate sales performance.
  • Design and implement an end-to-end steering toolkit that integrates multiple data sources within Knauf's "digital ecosystem".
  • Lead global projects by monitoring progress and outcomes, providing data-driven insights to support top management decision-making and strategic alignment.

Who you are

  • Hold a degree in business or a related field and have strong practical experience in Sales Analytics roles.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in creating and implementing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP BW, SQL, and Salesforce.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of sales processes, particularly within SAP, S/4HANA, and Salesforce frameworks.
  • Excel in communication, adept at aligning diverse perspectives and presenting complex topics clearly to peers and management.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in multicultural settings.
