The Opportunity
How would you like to spark curiosity in potential customers and leverage your sales expertise to fuel our growth? NavVis is seeking dynamic Business Development Specialists to help scale our presence in the DACH market. You'll use your passion for spatial data and reality capture technologies to drive sales in industries like construction, engineering, and infrastructure. We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to refine your technical and business development skills, enabling you to connect with clients and grow your career. Collaborate with our Reality Capture team, inbound and outbound lead qualification, and develop strategic sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer-focused strategies considering industry-specific use cases and regional sales landscape.
- Generate new leads through targeted prospecting and outreach channels such as email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, bringing industry insights to shape outreach.
- Communicate NavVis' value in geospatial and reality capture contexts clearly and effectively.
- Own your accounts, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize success and develop lead generation strategies.
- Utilize NavVis' sales toolkit to empower your outreach.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and build relationships.
- Stay updated on NavVis solutions, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in surveying, civil engineering, or related fields.
- Experience through internships or part-time roles in sales, business development, or customer support is a plus.
- Confidence in cold calling, results-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Curious mindset, eager to learn new sales skills and grow with the team.
- Organized with strong process management skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and confident in German, with the legal right to work in Germany.
