Product Compliance Manager – Food / Dietary Supplements (all genders)

Your role

TheProduct Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance and integrity of all food supplement products. This role involves detailed evaluation of product formulations, manufacturing processes, and laboratory tests, as well as ensuring that label claims are accurate. Working closely with the regulatory and quality departments, the manager will assess potential risks to ensure that all products are safe, effective, and comply with regulations.

• Conduct thorough reviews of supplement formulations to ensure all products meet internal and external standards
• Compare laboratory and manufacturing data against label claims to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure stable production and assess ingredient interactions within products
• Interpret laboratory results to confirm product quality and safety requirements in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
• Work closely with the Regulatory department to understand and implement relevant regulatory aspects
• Participate in change control processes and support the creation of product specifications
• Engage in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and compliance

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field – a Master’s degree is a plus!
• Experience in evaluating, formulating or analysing food / dietary supplement formulations and corresponding ingredient calculations
• Work experience in the fields of food supplement development, quality assurance, or the manufacturing of pharmaceutical dosage forms
• A solid understanding of HACCP / GMP production processes; familiarity with formulation science and ingredient interactions is a bonus!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities; fluency in English and at least B2-level German are required; Polish is a plus
• Willingness to occasionally travel to manufacturing sites
