Job Title

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) manager 9 months contract

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will lead efforts to increase website conversion rates. You will analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to boost performance.

Please note that we offer the contract for 9 months (until the end of the year).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive conversion optimization on the Philips website globally.
  • Set up and run A/B tests, interpret results, and share learnings across the organization.
  • Ensure high standards of experimentation quality and challenge the team on this.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, UX designers, analysts, developers, and regional managers.
  • Create and execute an integrated testing and analytics roadmap with key stakeholders.
  • Advise product teams on incorporating A/B testing into continuous improvement processes.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and a test-and-learn approach across Philips.
  • Advance CRO capabilities with a strategic mindset, balancing incremental testing and broader website transformation initiatives such as re-platforming.
  • Define best practices for experimentation during large-scale website changes, ensuring insights inform transformational decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, (Digital) Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a CRO role.
  • Strong experience with conversion optimization, user experience, and web analytics.
  • Customer-focused, data-driven, goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and follow a structured plan.
  • Experience with strategic decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with experimentation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Experience in e-commerce and global website optimization.
  • Agency management experience is preferred.
