Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

LikeMind are working with a Microsoft Gold Partner with ambitious plans to grow fivefold over the coming years, expanding into the US and UK markets after a successful decade in Germany. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving this growth, helping the business break into new industry sectors, build strategic client relationships, and deliver high-impact ERP solutions that showcase the full value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and design scalable ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Leading end-to-end implementations, from discovery and scoping through to deployment and post-go-live support
• Conducting in-depth process analysis to identify areas for optimisation and digital transformation
• Customising and configuring Business Central to match each client’s unique operational requirements
• Running workshops and stakeholder meetings to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
• Mentoring junior consultants and acting as a go-to expert for internal and client teams
• Overseeing system testing and UAT to ensure reliable, high-quality deployments
• Collaborating with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions
• Keeping up with the latest Microsoft updates and advising clients on new features and enhancements
• Building long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor for their ongoing ERP strategy

What They're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Background in IT consultanting, or industry experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufaturing, Food production and / or retail with a desire to move into consulting
• A structured and self-driven approach, with a mindset for creative problem-solving and strong communication
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
