Job Overview

The C-12/King Air AND/OR UC-35/Citation Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) services, repairs, and overhauls aircraft and subsystems to ensure airworthiness. Uses technical data to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and repairs or replaces faulty components.

Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance in accordance with federal regulations, OEM, and military technical orders.
2. Repair and replace aircraft structures and components, including engines, wings, fuselage, and functional parts.
3. Read and interpret manuals, service bulletins, and specifications for repairs.
4. Diagnose engine malfunctions, inspect turbine blades, and test engine operation.
5. Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engine parts.
6. Perform general aircraft servicing duties.
7. Specialize in structural, precision, and functional parts repairs and modifications.
8. Perform other qualified duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. FAA A&P certificate.
3. Seven (7) years of experience as an FAA A&P mechanic, specifically on C-12 King Air and/or UC-35 Cessna Citation aircraft.
4. US citizenship and valid US passport.
5. Ability to obtain US Government Secret Security Clearance.
6. Recent full-time aviation maintenance experience on the specified aircraft within the last 12 months.
7. Mechanic tools, with tools etched with employee PID.
8. Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environments.
9. Eligibility for Germany-specific deployment requirements, including SOFA status.

Security & Physical Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain US Govt Secret Security Clearance.
• Physical ability to walk, climb, crouch, lift, and operate equipment as necessary.
• Ability to respond to operational circumstances in diverse environments.
