Software Developer Delphi - Mobile Applications

Location: Berlin (hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Delphi Software Developer to join an agile team focused on creating and enhancing mobile applications.

Your Role:

1. Develop and enhance innovative mobile solutions within a Scrum team.
2. Independently write robust, structured, testable, and maintainable Delphi code.
3. Continuously improve existing solutions, tracking progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.
4. Collaborate closely with product management and quality assurance to align on requirements and deliverables.

Your Profile:

1. Background in IT—either through formal education (e.g., computer science or software engineering degree) or relevant apprenticeship (e.g., IT specialist).
2. Solid experience in Delphi development, ideally with FireMonkey for mobile applications.
3. Familiarity with AI concepts and integration in software development is a plus.
4. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
5. Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
